How the process works:

Clients need to calculate hours for each employee and provide them to Payroll Connect. Hours can be provided via e-mail, fax, phone call or website submittal. After hours are received, Payroll Connect will process your payroll. Paychecks are provided with a paper check or direct deposit. All payroll tax payments and required forms will be processed by Payroll Connect. Payroll Connect holds all liability with each tax agency for timely deposited payments and forms.

Convenience:

Payroll Connect has partnered with several companies to make the payroll process more convenient.

www.ontheclock.com is a web based punch clock system. After signing up for this site, employees will use it for their time clock. At the end of your time period, the manager will just need to review and approve the hours. After approval, Payroll Connect will be notified that payroll is ready to be processed.

Current Promotion - www.ontheclock.com users that are new to Payroll Connect will receive 3 months of payroll services for free after signing a 12 month contract.

Hartford Insurance is a nationally known insurance company. Using Hartford and Payroll Connect, you will pay your workers' compensation insurance every pay period through an Electronic Funds Transfer. This payment is calculated based on your actual payroll. Using this system, there are no or small down payments required and fewer payroll audits.
